Our visa service is located at the Russian National Tourist Office premises. This has enabled us to provide a faster service and be more effective in solving emergencies and problems which clients sometimes face. It does not affect the rates, we keep them stable and lowest!

NEWS FROM THE RUSSIAN CONSULATE:

1) On May 1 and 9 the Russian Consulate will be closed. Plan your visa application accordingly

2) NEW! As of January 1, 2008 the U.S. State Department raises the fee for American visa from 100 USD to 131 USD. On the basis of reciprocity the fee for Russian visa (standard processing time 6-10 business days) is also raised to 131 USD, effective from January 14, 2008.
The fees for expedited visa processing will however remain unchanged.

How?

You won't believe how actually easy it is*:

  • First, print out the official visa Application Form issued by the Russian Consular Department. We offer it in Acrobat Reader format;
  • Complete visa application form, one per person, and sign it. All entries on the form must be typed or printed in block letters in English;
  • An official invitation from an authorized organization in Russia is required by the Consulate - do not worry, we shall provide that for you;

Now, put in an envelope:

  • The filled out application form ;
  • One standard passport-size picture (white background) of the applicant;
  • THE ORIGINAL NATIONAL PASSPORT. It must be valid for at least three months after the date of departure from Russia; As from November 1, 2002, the visas shall be stamped into the passports. NOTE: the Russian visa stamp has the size of 2 open passport pages, so please make sure you have at least two blank pages to fit such a stamp.
  • Self-addressed, prepaid FedEx envelope or express mail envelope. We advise you to send all documents via FedEx;
  • Include one payment check or money order payable to IVC, Inc, comprising our Processing Fee (per visa), Embassy Consular Fee (per visa). NOTE: for three-, one- or same-day visa processing ONLY certified checks or money orders are accepted .
  • Mail it to:
            Russian visa-IVC, 224 West 30th Street, Suite 701, New York, NY 10001.

Your application will be duly submitted to the Russian Consulate General the next business morning after we receive it, and we shall mail it to you the day we retrieve it from the Consulate within the established procession time span.

* - for citizen and residents of USA and Canada.
We are licenced and do provide visa for the citizens of European countries. The only difference is that the payment should be by the international money order, enclosed with the application.
Applications of citizens of other countries have to be processed through authorized organizations in their respective countires.

Your application will be checked and hand-carried to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation (or Ukraine) in New York; normal processing time is two weeks (business days, plus transit time to and from IVC).

FEES Include ONE check or money order payable to IVC, Inc. comprising IVC Handing Fee (per visa), Embassy Consular Fee (per visa), and return postage or express.
If you request a 1-week or faster service, it HAS to be a money order or certified check.

This visa fee includes official mandatory invitation from our Moscow office, registered with the Ministry of Foreign or Internal Affairs in Moscow, consular fee and our service charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT REGISTERING RUSSIAN VISAS.
Russian visas must be registered in the first 3 business days after your arrival. This can be done either at your hotel free of charge, OR at our downtown Moscow or St. Petersburg offices on the spot. If you're not staying at a hotel, you will need to register your visa with our office in Russia. Registration fee is currently $40 payable locally, we'll send you registration instructions with your issued visa.
